Despite following a process of elaboration similar to the nougat of Alicante, we have customers who like these more than the hard nougat bar, perhaps because they are easier to chew. Older people usually choose this nougat because it is thinner than the hard bar.
In some places in Spain it is also known as imperial nougat.
Almendra toast 65%, honey 20%, sugar and albumin of huevo. Wafer on the surface (potato starch, sunflower oil). Made in the factory using fruits with shell and sesame.
