Es una plataforma creada desde Correos para dar visibilidad a los productores locales de zonas rurales a nivel nacional y fomentar el consumo local y de proximidad, reduciendo a los intermediarios y ofreciendo variedades autóctonas en cualquier parte geográfica.

How do I make a purchase on Correos Market?

Just like any other online shop, you can place orders as a guest or a registered user. Select the products you want and add them to your trolley.

Can I buy from different producers?

Yes. You can combine articles from several different producers in one order, regardless of their geographical origin. You’ll receive updates on the progress of the different deliveries associated with your order.

Are there any delivery charges?

No. And there is no minimum order.

How do I pay for my goods on Correos Market?

Where will my goods be delivered?

Receive your goods wherever you prefer for the same price. - Post offices - CityPaq - At home

Can I order from anywhere in Spain?

Yes. Please note, if you’re buying from the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, you may have to pay additional taxes and customs duties on receipt of your goods.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A maximum of 2 days after the seller has posted your goods.

After I have placed an order, how long will it take for me to receive my goods?

After you have placed your order, the seller (producer) has 48 hours to send the items you purchased.

How can I lodge a complaint or return a product?

Any claims or returns must be communicated directly to the seller. Consult the Terms and Conditions of service, point 5.2.
