Just like any other online shop, you can place orders as a guest or a registered user. Select the products you want and add them to your trolley.

Yes. You can combine articles from several different merchants in one order, regardless of their geographical origin. You’ll receive updates on the progress of the different deliveries associated with your order.

For each of the purchases made to each seller for an amount less than 20 euros, the shipping costs will be 2.99 euros if shipping with Standard Pack is used and 3.99 euros if shipping with Premium Pack or express shipping is selected . Shipping costs are free from 20 euros.

Receive your goods wherever you prefer for the same price. - Post offices - CityPaq - At home
Yes. Please note, if you’re buying from the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, you may have to pay additional taxes and customs duties on receipt of your goods.
A maximum of 3 days after the seller has posted your goods.
After you have placed your order, the seller has 48 hours to send the items you purchased.
Any claims or returns must be communicated directly to the seller. Consult the Terms and Conditions of service, point 5.2.
