Claims

The disputes are settled directly between the Customer and the Seller.

The Customer and the Seller mustán attempt by all means to reach a #243;n friendly settlement of the dispute. According to the #250;n the case, the dispute declared to giveá place or #237;either the requested Product or the refund thereof.

In the event that the Seller and the Customer have the condition #243;n of the employer and consumer, respectively, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013, the European Commission #243;n provides an out-#243 of-court online dispute resolution platform available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr through #233 which consumers may #225&n submit their claims.

Responsibilities

Responsibility of CORREOS

Correos not be #225; responsible in any ingún case of:

Failure to comply with any applicable rules that the customer may incur in his access to the Platform and/or use #243;n of the information contained therein. Nor is it responsible for the unlawful use of the use #237 of third parties that third parties may make of brand names, product names, registered trademarks or not that, not being owned by The Post Office, they appear on the platform.

The information #243;n offered on the platform about the Sellers since this information is #243 provided by them.

Delay or non-compliance if it is attributable to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This provision #243;n does not affect the Customer's right to receive the Product within the estimated reasonable time period or to receive the appropriate refund in the event that Seller could not supply the Order in the time established by any reason beyond our reasonable control, although the responsibility in these cases beá exclusive of the Seller.
CORREOS does not assume any responsibility for any #250;n type for the offers, actions, products and contents of the Sellers.
