Our fábrica is located in Guadalaviar, in the province of Teruel, at an altitude of 1,500 metres. In this emblematic #225;tico environment, sausages are made following the tradition of #243;n.
The color of secallona is the típeak to that of red meat and the intense and long-lasting taste surpriseá the more ás demanding palates. It can be served at room temperature and consumed cut into thin slices or dice, accompany ñbread.ado.
