Our deer fuet is handmade in the Montes Universales, within the mountain system of the Sierra de Albarracín, where the ideal climatic conditions for the curing of our sausages are given.
Our factory is located in Guadalaviar, in the province of Teruel, at 1,500 meters of altitude. In this emblematic environment, sausages are made following tradition.
The color of fuet is typical of red meat and the intense and long-lasting flavor will surprise the most demanding palates. It can be served at room temperature and consumed cut into thin slices or diced, accompanied by bread.

En its variants, fuet is coated with pepper and natural aromas of spices (fuet to pepper) or with dehydrated herbs and spices (fuet to fine herbs), giving it a different and exquisite flavor.
A part of being delicious, it is a food that contains phosphorus, calcium, potassium, magnesium and iron. In addition, it is also a source of protein.
It is recommended to keep it in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight, so that it retains all its properties. It has an expiration date of 1 year from the time of manufacture and, once opened, it is recommended to store it in the fridge and consume it before 1 month.
