Climatología: A winter, #225;ico in Rueda, with some less #250 degree, reaching -12 degrees by any of the días. Snows and rains as if there were no mañana, until #225 late in the summer (June). In mid-May there was an frost that affected part of the viñedo, but the delay of the vine, was sensational for the recovery #243;n and the new shoots (only lostó 20%). The slide was almost punctual in late April, slowly because of the temperature. In June the rains gave way to the sun. End of spring and hot summer (relaxed July with less temperature than usual), without rains, #243 acceleration of the process, sun and water stored in subsoil. The winter occurred in early August, according to the #250 plots. August and September sun and great jumps térmicos díat night from 27-33ª at 9-12º night, for the excellent ripening #243 of the grapes. Favorable the month of September maintaining daytime temperature causing a slow and constant maturation #243, long as usual in good harvests. August and September became a regulator in the evolution of the grape #243s. The tasting of grapes of the díto September 1 gave us a nugget with brown hues, a grape that peels well from the cluster and the cluster of vines, ripe pulp, homogénea. Sweet on the palate, good acidity and with little or no astringency. Quality and health status of the grapes, in this winery, Exceptional.
Harvest:
The second week of September in a manual way and selected in the vine by harvesters. The harvest is carried out in #243 boxes of plástic of 12 and 20 kg stackable for transport. 18 September to 20 October, rather cálido and few rains.
Elaboración:
Pressing the grapes passes to a depóseparately to start 1º fermentationón, alcohólica, at a controlled temperature of 16-18 degrees. Total 8 días. It staysá evolving in stainless steel vat until it is bottled by headings, always out of contact with oxygen, seeking longevity, with the mínima oxidationón. Decanted by winter rigor. Cold filtering.

• Early March/August 2019 (two bottled)
Cata:
• Color: Bright straw yellow, with many greenish reflections, símbolo of youth and variety.
• On the nose: Very expressive and juguetón and fresh with a very defined intensity of aromas. Complex aromas, balance between tropical and oriental (secún años). The spañapple in the first green steps and walking más mature, zaga piña and mango as trópico and lychee or eye of dragón as orientals, in floral lavender and aniseed fennel in first línea, as a background always the variety, hay and the recién herb cut.
• In Boca: something moreás structured than the añor anterior. Youthful and expressive at birth, Galán walking the año. Very fruity and touetón that fills the mouth with freshness. The passage is elegant with its acidity on half the tongue. You see the balance between East and West faithful olfactory reflection. Balanced and armónico without spikes. MáI'll be 100% Verdejo. It is long and intense alsoén in retro-osal
Consumption:
• Given its texture we believe will retain its qualities for a couple of años. Its best stage 2.019-2020 (we anticipate in this wine lonjevity, in exchange for freshness.
• Serve in the environment of 5-9 degrees.
• Keep out of reach of the sun and at a temperature close to 20º. The bottle lying or face down.
