CATA: Intense red, with purple hues and rubí intense to the backlight. Very ripe fruits, plum, cherry, and a lot of presence of raspberry reds, arándanos, vegetable touches of liquorice and pepper.
Excellent balance between acidity, graduationón and the abundance of tannins of the grape itself. It is elegant, complex, round and very fácil drinking.
It is recommended its service at 13º-15º
MARIDAJE: Suitable for very structured, spicy and highly flavored dishes. Perfect for grilled or grilled meats.
