Our Rosado is made from 100% Tempranillo grapes, grown exclusively in the one-pay vineyard that surrounds our winery. This means that we control its quality from start to finish. It is the perfect appetizer, satisfies thirst and is full of vibrant and clean fruit.
So</>Br/>It has a soft and velvety sensation in the mouth that perfectly matches the perfume of the fruit and leads to a refreshing and persistent flavor. We have discovered in many tastings that this wine attracts a young audience and also men and women.
It is ideal to accompany all kinds of rice, from the delicate mushroom risotto to the seafood paella, to the dishes of fried fish or seafood, grilled or scalded and the young cheeses.
The must (grape juice) spent 12 hours in cold maceration at 7oC under a CO2 stopper before being deangraded. A long, slow cold fermentation was maintained at 11oC. Great care was taken to ensure the purity and clarity of the fruit.
The grapes of the 2019 harvest benefited from a warm and sunny autumn that ensured excellent ripeness of the fruit. Our south-facing vineyard contains gravel, sand, silt and light clay soils, all excellent for concentrating flavors and aromas.
