Sagermary goat cured cheese – Whole cheese of 700 g
Work in a traditional way with pasteurized milk of Florida goat, native breed #243 of the area. Smary with ibérico lard and covered with rosemary leaves from the pastures of Sierra Morena de Sevilla.

Texture and color
The texture is firm and creamy. The bark is smapped with ibérich lard and covered with rosemary leaves.
Sabor and aroma
Intent, flavored with rosemary.
Pasteurized goat milk, animal rennet, cálcico chloride, salt, ferments lácticos, preservative lysozyme (derived from the egg), preservatives in bark E-202 and E235.
Recommendations of conservationón
– Open the bag to the vacío a few hours before consuming it.
– Once opened, store in a dry, cool place and inside a closed container not hermético.
– It is not advisable to keep in refrigerationífico since it loses aromas and dries out by the cut.
– Temperature óptima consumption: 20º – 25º C.
