Our fábrica is located in Guadalaviar, in the province of Teruel, at an altitude of 1,500 metres. In this emblematic #225;tico environment, sausages are made following the tradition of #243;n.

The color of chorizo is the típeak to that of red meat and the intense and long-lasting taste surpriseá <3> <0>; the palates more ás demanding. It can be served at room temperature and consumed cut into thin slices or dice, accompany ñbread.ado. Also, #233;n can be made countless dishes: for accompanyingñar steamed vegetables, can be used to crown salads, and you can prepare pasta dishes, risottos...

It is a food that contains fósforo and zinc. In additionás, it also #233 contains vitamins B1, B3 and B12.

  • Serving it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight is recommended to preserve all its properties.
