BABÚ white wine

Elaboración: This type of wine is made from the varieties Godello, Doña blanca and Jerez; all the grapes come from viñedos centenarians or almost centenarians ranging from 80 to 100 toños. The grapes are taken to the winery, destemmed and the must resulting from pressing is introduced into depósmall sitosños desox for fermentation for fermentationón. Fermentation #243 lasts approximately 20 días and yeasts from the grape itself are used, no industrial yeasts are #241. Once the fermentation is finished#243;n we proceed to its clarificationón, by decantingón and periódica rackings without using no in#250;n type of filter; with this we got a very complex wine

Cata BABÚ: It is a fresh wine with a slightly sweet finish. This sweet finish is the contribution of Jerez's #243;n to the blend since Valenciana and Godello bring freshness and más acidity. Its color is a little straw yellow although it denotes a lot of clarity and cleanliness; its contribution #243;n in the glass is an important lágrima given to the non-#243 use of filters. On the nose it offers a lot of freshness, mainly cítricos aromas and sweet finishes.

MINGUS red wine

Elaboración: This wine is made 100% of the Mencí very characteristicística del Bierzo variety. It comes from #241;edos centenarians or almost centenarians ranging from 80 to 100 toños. The grapes are taken to the winery, destemmed and introduced into depósmall sitosños for fermentation #243, which lasts approximately 9 días and for which yeasts of the grape are used. Industrial yeast is never used. After #233;s of fermentation #243;n is carried out to discover and subsequent pressing; once pressed it is introduced into depósitos for its decantón and clarificationón without use of noingó #250;n type of filter.

Cata MINGUS: It is a young wine that shows all the strength and acidity so characteristicística of the Mencía grape, its color is cherry red with tones of shine of the acidity itself. On the palate it is a very intense wine with final aromas of wild fruit, in the glass it detonates its lá intense tears and its characteristic shineístico. In the olfactory phase it detonates its aromas to wild fruits described above and its characterística acidity.

SON ST. STEPHEN'S HIGH

Elaboración: In this type of wine we use our viñas más high and sunny, to obtain a wine único. The viñas range from 80 to 100 años with an altitude of around 700 to 800 meters. The grapes we use are of the Mencí 100% variety, we take them to the winery to destemming and fermenting with natural yeasts, then #243;n we decant it and clarify it for an añor in depóstainless steel sitos. When we have the clean wine we put it in French oak barrelsés for 12 months for aging.

SALYMSERY OF SAN ESTEBAN: It is a wine of a high graduationón with 15 degrees of alcohol, although increíblemente when tasting we do not notice that intensity, but it is very soft and delicate. Its color is cherry red a little off due to its ageing, in the glass it has a very powerful lá given to its graduationón. On the nose we find countless aromas from más ripe fruit to aromas from wood.
