Who resists a good stew? the most popular spoon dish of the gastronomy of Madrid already has its stamp, in block leaf format: the cocido madrileño.
The cocido is the representative of the most famous gastronomy of Madrid. A spoon dish highly recommended for cold days; with a recipe that is made over low heat and combines vegetables, legumes, meat and charcuterie.
This dish of humble origin became popular because it was cheap and simple, and therefore it was consumed in the centennial taverns that populated the streets of the Villa and Corte. It allowed to take advantage of the little meat that was consumed, and to make the best use of the less noble parts of the animal.

A curious fact that also differentiates the seal and the block sheet, is that in the first one live characters cannot appear, but in the environment of the seal in the block sheet yes.
