Our salchichón cular truffled jabalí theá handcrafted in the Universal Mountains, within the mountainñbear system of the Sierra de Albarracín, where the ideal climatic conditions #225 are given for the healing #243 of our sausages. Our fábrica is located in Guadalaviar, in the province of Teruel, at an altitude of 1,500 meters. In this emblematicático environment, sausages are made following the tradición.

The color of the sausageón is the típeak to that of red meat and the intense and lasting flavor surprisesá the most demanding palates#225;s. Teruel's black trufa (Tuber melanosporum) gives it an exquisite flavor and gives an intense perfume to the sausageón.

They can be served at room temperature and consumed #241;bread.

 In addition to being delicious, it is a food very rich in proteínas and iron. In addition to #225;s, it also #233 contains calcium, potassium, iodine and zinc.
