Our deer chori-fuet está handcrafted in the Universal Mountains, within the mountainñbear system of the Sierra de Albarracín, where the ideal climatic #225 conditions are given for the healing #243;n of our sausages.
Our fábrica is located in Guadalaviar, in the province of Teruel, at an altitude of 1,500 metres. In this emblematicático environment, sausages are made following the tradición.
The color of chori-fuet is the típeak to that of red meat and the intense and lasting flavor surprisesá the most demanding palates#225;s. It can be served at room temperature and consumed cut into thin slices or dice, accompanied by #241;bread. You can also #233 make countless dishes: to accompanyñar steamed vegetables, it can be used to crown salads, and you can prepare pasta dishes, risottos...
In its variants, chori-fuet is coated with pepper and natural aromas of spices (chori-fuet pepper) or with dried herbs and spices (chori-fuet to fine herbs), dándole a different and exquisite flavor.
A part of being delicious, it is a food containing fósforo and zinc. In addition,#225;s, it also #233 contains vitamins B1, B3 and B12.
It is recommended to keep it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight so that it retains all its properties. It has an expiration date of 1 año from the time of manufacture #243;n and, once opened, it is recommended to store it in the refrigerator and consume it before 1 month.
