  • The style is Oriental but adapted to the Western market. It has all the use that can be applied to a purely Japanese knife #233 with the añadded of the European characteristics #237 and improvements.
  • Acero X50 Cr MoV15 2.5 mm thick
  • El mango de micarta #160de lino con spacer red, it is characterized by having very >baja absorción of humidity, great dimensional stability, being pyro retardant, it is odorless, soft non-slip  and having such a low absorption #243 of the #237;quidos  helps to avoid cross-#243 contamination in food.
