We use azúwhole caña honey for “jam with” and ágave syrup for “jam without”. It contains 83% fruit as ágave has greater sweetening power than azúcar and less quantity is needed to achieve the same sweetness. The proportion of fruit #243 in the jam with azúcar is 74%. For the elaboration #243;n of our jams we use high quality arándanos so the result is a premium quality product with all the flavor and aroma of our arándanos.
