We started at the end of 2011, with a úonly end, to give exit and above all value to the products that we have in our Sierra Vicor, both fruits and wild fruits and vegetables and the mostás important for us to live in our village and enjoy our land.
We make artisan jams without preservatives or dyes, such and cómo have always been made by our grandmothers. We work with our own product and from the farmers of our Shire (Comarca de Calatayud ). We take care that at the moment the fruit is #225; a its ripening point #243;we are responsible for transforming it into jam, simply añtaking limón juice and azúcar ( in its fair proportion #243;n ). Our great illusión is that people value our local product and know us nationally and even internationally.
We are a small #241;a family business formed by two sisters (Carmen and Luisa). We are located in the village of Sediles (smallñor village of about 100 inhabitants in the comarca de Calatayud, province of Zaragoza).
