Aragón's traditional oil, is a well-known black olive in our geographyía since its taste is very unso bitter, transports us to the village. Its texture is soft and smooth, it is an olive with lots of meat, its color is intense black.
This variety is #225; aliñada with oil, laurel, thyme and species in a special oil created by our grandmother. It is an oil boiled for hours leaving a characteristic flavor #237;stico that mixed with this olive makes it a delicacy.
This olive is perfect for accompanying #241 the selected más appetizers, to highlight its flavor we can eat it with a cured goat cheese and with our favorite red wine, in the kitchen we can include it in salads and pizzas.
