Mesopotamia Eclipse is a Toro wine, continuing the philosophy of our range Mesopotamia is a Toro wine made from the Terruño, and that comes from traditional vineyards between 40 and 50 years. All the vineyards that we have used for the elaboration of this wine are traditional plantations in glass. They have a yield of about 4,000 kg per hectare and have been harvested by hand.

Mesopotamia are a red wines that reveals the natural characteristics of the Tinta de Toro variety. It gives the utmost importance to nature, the prominence to variety, fruit and expressiveness, without excess barrels.

MESOPOTAMIA Eclipse has done malolactic fermentation in barrels of 300 liters, in which it has aged 10 months to provide balance and roundness. Half of them are new barrels and the other barrels of two and three Toro wines, always used by Abadía de Aribayos.

MESOPOTAMIA Eclipse 2018 (6 bot . x 75 cl .) It has 10 months of aging French barrels, we seek the balance between wine and wood, between freshness and maturity.
