Salt flower is the gourmet variety par excellence of all salts. It crystallises ina thin layer that floats on the surface of the water. It is harvested by hand every day at susnset. Then, it's dried by the sun.
This artisanal process guarantees salt flower of the highest quality. Unprocessed, it naturally contains trace elements from seawater, such as magnesium and iodine.
Due to its richness in minerals, it brings a subtle aroma and flavour to the food. Add Salt flower before serving to feel it melt in your mouth.
