We started the adventure of roasting café specialty in 2012, two añospu&s#233;s to acquire our Farm Barú Black Mountain, in Panamá. From the beginning we were very clear about the name #243;n of our brand: D•ORIGIN. We wanted to refer to the provenance of cafés así as to the essence of traditional recipes and the artisanal way of working.
We started coughing at our Coffee Shop in El Albir to move to our operating center in Altea where we installed a Loring toaster, one of the advanced and ecológico #225 models of the market.
We choose cafés specialty from all over the world taking care of the máximo el tueste to extract the best from each origin. And we do it on the banks of the #225;neo, on the Costa Blanca,
In 2014 and in 2016 we obtained official recognition for our good work, obtaining the award for Best Café National in the championships of the Fórum Cultural of Café.

The management team #243;n is made up of Michael Uhlig (founder and CEO), Marcos Uhlig (Customers) and David Muñoz (Marketing & Comunicación).
The rest of the team is 10 people distributed among management staff, coffee shop room and baristas.
