Our wild boar fuet is handmade in the Montes Universales, within the mountain system of the Sierra de Albarracín, where the ideal climatic conditions for the curing of our sausages are given.
Our factory is located in Guadalaviar, in the province of Teruel, at 1,500 meters of altitude. In this emblematic environment, sausages are made following tradition.
