Caja of 6 bottles of 75 l c/u

  • Denomination of Origin: DOP Bullas.

  • Variedades: 100% Monastrell from vineyards over 40 years old. Family plot located 840 m above sea level in the Aceniche Valley.

  • Soils: clay-limestone soil, predominantly clay and abundant boulders.

  • Climatology of the year: cold winter, with average rainfall, some in the form of snow. Spring with warm temperatures and low rainfall. Warm and dry summer, with significant thermal oscillations between day and night,

  • Vendimia: harvest in October, by hand, in boxes of 15 kg and selection in the field and winery.

  • History of its production: it ferments slowly naturally, with the own yeasts present in the skin of the grapes. Scraping work. The fermentation temperature reaches a maximum of 24-25oC without the need for cold control since when fermented slowly there are no temperature spikes. It remains for 6 months in 400 litre French Allier oak barrels. Very light pre-bottling filtration that took place on January 23, 2019.

  • Tasting note: cherry red with violet edges. Medium layer. On the nose red fruits and scrubland are appreciated, along with hints of nuts and fresh spices. Medium body and pleasant mid palate, with presence of soft tannins. Long aftertaste with hints of red fruit and balsamic sensations that invite you to drink.
