It is a blend of Arabica coffee from Peru and Ethiopia and Robusta from Congo. The result is a coffee with a sensory profile of dark chocolate, cocoa and burnt sugar "caramel custard". Intense, full-bodied bitterness with a lingering, persistent aftertaste. Good for recipes with milk. An organic coffee grown in a natural way following the criteria of Organic Farming, which promotes environmentally responsible cultivation.
