There is our conventional extra virgin, made with the most mature olives of the typical varieties of our area. Golden green color, bright, clean and viscous. On the nose memories of tomato, both the fruit and the tomato. It also has notes of anise, lemon and almonds. In the mouth it is very pleasant, with a soft feeling of entry and then a spicy point. Paired with all kinds of meats, stews, legumes, baked fish and pasta.
