Another of our favorites, where you can taste the almost whole figs and that complement so well with the dátiles and raisins losing part of their sweetness when combined with vinegar, which make this chutney have a special bittersweet balance. We use homegrown figs as well as #237; like those of many farmers and friends around us. We are gradually trying to supply ourselves with our area to power a sustainable industry. Ideal with meaty rice dishes, indús dishes, basmati or jasmin solo rice, with cheeses of all kinds, grilled meats and roasts and cold meats such as cuts of chicken and turkey.
