Previan to the harvest, we select the grapes más suitable to get the carácter of our wine.
The harvest is done manually, choosing the bunches, and the proximity of the winery to the viña guarantees the reception #243;n of the fruit in the best conditions.
Fermented #243;n of the must is carried out in depóstainless steel sitos, at a controlled temperature, using a foot of vat made with the yeasts that are naturally found in the grapes. The ageing takes place in new American oak barrels and francés of medium roasting, in order to offer you its best versión and personality, is clarified with albúegg mine and filtered slightly before bottling, avoiding subjecting the wine to frío processes. That's why you can find natural precipitates in the bottle.
