Company founded in 1963 by Rafael Martínez Sánchez quién, after a long bakery career, decided to innovate #243 in the world of artisanal repostería. His eagerness #225 to make a different product took him away #243; to merge traditional buttering with puff pastry.

Misión: Sweeten each home with tímanchego peaks made by hand and under recipes of the place, making the whole family enjoy an exceptional bite.

Visión: That the traditionón, artesanía and know how to make manchegos reach each consumer through our products, #233 which we try to adapt to new styles and háconsumption bites without losing the traditional and clásica way of proceeding that has always characterized us.
