Somos a family of great trafficón agrícola since several generations atrás, we grow OLIVOS CENTENARIOS on Valencian lands with traditional systems and without using químicos or phytosanitary fertilizers.

One of our fundamental objectives is to maintain the eco-#243;gico balance in agriculture.

We find FOUR GENERATIONS producing our own oil in our own mill. Initially with the old system of stone curls powered by cavalryías and bar presses, later with mechanically operated stone curls #225;nicamente and hydraulicáulica presses. And finally, today, with hammer shredder and horizontal #225;nter.

Our oil does not suffer any ill-treatment in the mill, it heats the pasta very gently and then goes to the #225;nter for extraction #243;n by centrifugation #243;n and, ésta, directly to the depósitos to, in time, decant any impurities you may have and not specify any #250;n type of impurity filtration treatment or any other modern técnica, maintaining all the essential aromas and components of the oil.

All this, within the interior of the provinces of Valencia and Alicante, at the foot of the Natural Park of the Sierra Mariola, in the emblematicático village of Bocairente (Valencia).

Project

We produce AOVE of centenary olive trees, without phytosanitary treatments. A traditional AOVE, with high aromas and performance, in the heart #243 of the Natural Park of the Sierra Mariola, next to the birth of the Río Vinalopó, an emblematicático.
